I really chuckle at the juxtaposition of Morgan being a sub when she's by far one of the most aggressive and volatile characters.

Also, I expected more fallout for Elianna, but that turned out very well. *Phew*

In a lot of ways I agree with this, but my fear is that live too close to this mindset we get to the point where writers have to hold our hands like illiterate babies, and sucking the magic out of storytelling. Like, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, there's a large hatedom that among other things, didn't understand or straight-up rejected the film's deliberate use of fairytale logic that often ignores continuity and practical explanations. It's okay if you're not into that, but it became cool to think that that kind of writing is objectively bad and it's not.

Edit: reading your reply, I absolutely understand what you're saying and why. I would say the same if it was happening to my fiction. I read your description, but I didn't realize the context behind this post. Hope my comment didn't add to any annoyance.

I'm just trying to stop people misinterpreting BE because I drew/said something years ago that doesn't line up with the series in its current form (yes this is something I have to deal with).
Rewrites happen. Not every character I've ever drawn is going to make an appearance. Throwaway posts on twitter have no bearing on the actual story. If it's not in the text, it's not canon.
I don't care for holding anyone's hand.
